But that’s how I imagined he and his team came to organize a poutine-lover’s dream. “Thierry is the CEO and takes care of the cheese. Jason is CTO and takes care of the fries,” and referring to himself in the third person, “Na’eem is President and takes care of the gravy. Together, we are POUTINE WEEK MTL!”
